Tasty Kale Chips

One of the great things of creating a 3000 sq ft garden is the bounty that comes with the hard work. Produce just tastes better when you know that you grew it organically without pesticides or other things that can harm us inside. Plus the benefits of how fresh it is when you pick it in the morning to cook that day! Check out the instructional video below and the recipe is below that. You may make this weekly once you try it!
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 – 3 bundles of curly kale washed, dried and torn into 2″ pieces.
1/4 C melted coconut oil or olive oil
1/3 C Nutritional Yeast
3 Tbsp Tahini
1 Tbsp no salt garlic mix powder
1 tsp each cumin, kosher salt, paprika, Taco seasoning or chili powder
Mix all everything but the kale together into a paste
Rub the kale with the paste mixture and layout in a single layer on a baking sheet coating with cooking spray.
Bake at 290°F for 20 minutes. Flip the chips and bake an additional 10 to 20 minutes until crisp.
